Visas
Government fees are non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee is refundable if we haven't yet submitted your application to authorities.
Flights
Refunds follow the fare rules of the ticketed airline and are processed via original payment method within 10 working days once received from the carrier.
Hotels
Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown at booking. Fully-flexible rates are refunded within 5 working days of cancellation.
Attractions & transfers
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Later cancellations may attract a fee up to 100% of the booking value.
